Cascina Adelaide Barolo - 2019 (750ml)

This full-bodied red opens with aromas recalling graphite, scorched earth and dried aromatic herb. The firmly structured, austere palate offers sour cherry, orange zest, star anise and tobacco alongside tightly-wound, close-grained tannins that grip the close.
