At Cellar, we strive for the highest quality in every gourmet selection; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened shelf-stable items. Please note that due to food safety regulations, perishable goods cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the items you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Pack with Care
Securely package the unopened products in their original shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Refund Processing
Once your return is inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
