A selection of old vines from the El Peral zone in the north of the Uco Valley, this comes from direct-pressed bunches and was fermented with native yeasts and aged in 500-liter barrels. The nose is generous in notes of honey and citrus, the palate is creamy and lush with deep flavors of white fruits, and once again, the honeyed notes take control in a white that deserves to be cellared for about five years.
