Deeply, richly appley wine with a nice freshness and perfume.  Luscious texture which would be a great foil to pan seared fish, roasted poultry or slightly funky runny cheeses.

100% Marsanne fermented with only native yeasts. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occur in temperature controlled stainless steel vats.
