Wonderwerk Big Juicy - 2024 (750ml)

Vibrant, organic, chillable red (dark rose?) made by blending an eclectic crew including Montepulciano, Zinfandel, Chenin Blanc, Grenache, Torrontes, Alvarinho and Verdelho.  Montepulciano undergoes carbonic maceration to tame its tannins while others, including some whites see skin maceration during fermentation.  Fermented using native yeasts an bottled without fining or filtration.  This offers clean and complex aromas composed of summer florals (honeysuckle), lychee, cloves, crushed red fruits.
