Our rye also enters the barrel among the lowest entry proof in Kentucky, highlighting the distillate’s nuance. Our Small Batch Kentucky straight rye is crafted from a custom bill of 56 percent rye, 33 percent corn and 11 percent malted barley, created for a broader balance of flavor that offsets the spice of the typical high ryes.
