Weingut Pranzegg Lagrein "Glass Mountain" - 2020 (750ml)

This is a biodynamically farmed Lagrein, grown in Trento, Alto Adige.  It sees partial carbonic maceration and offers fine-edged, crystalline, tiny red fruit  aromas punctuated by a distinct mineral drive.  Bright and food-friendly, this will work equally well with a well dressed ceasar salad as a plate of smoky mountain charcuterie.
