This blend of Macabeo and Sauvignon Blanc from Costers del Segre in Catalunya offers a range of crisp fruit aromas ranging from orchard pears, apples, and peaches to tropical papaya and mango.  It is lighter in body and as good acidity which should let it pair well with a wide range of seafoods, fresh salads and tinned fish.
