Ripa delle Mandorle Rosso is a red wine from the Chianti region and is produced with the traditional Sangiovese grape and some Cabernet Sauvignon, that contributes an exotic flavor. It is a modern wine and very versatile mand food friendly. Ruby red color. On the nose red cherry, red currant, violet with a touch of mint. Medium body with very good flavor intensity. Tannins are soft and well integrated. Very drinkable. It has a balsamic refreshing finish. Food Pairings: Pasta with meat sauce, BBQ, cheese.
