Mineral-driven, restrained and focused New Zealand sauvignon blanc to suit those who love the Marlborough style, of course, but also for those who find the stereotypical style a bit much. This is a smart, structured, flinty wine with great class and elegance. The nose shows nettle and stone and the finish is long and lifted.
