Slavcek Belo Vipava - 2023 (750ml)

40% ribolla giallla, 40% tokai, 20% chardonnay, all from biodynamically farmed vineyards.  This wine saw skin maceration for 3 days and was then fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
