Brewer's Notes:

Aroma: Bright pear and hints of green apple, with an underlying minerality 
Taste: Delicate structure, with hints of fresh orange peel and cantaloupe 
Finish:  Medium length, finishes dry 
Food Pairing:  Complements Pan-Asian preparations, obviously sushi and sashimi, but also lobster, shrimp and crab dishes!
