Taste:  Fresh and well-structured, with subtle notes of   pear and Fuji apple

Finish:   Creamy, finishes soft-sweet to dry

Food Pairing:   Sturdy structure and balance make this a food-  friendly sake that complements sushi, shellfish   and seafood, but versatile enough to pair with   poultry and even pasta dishes!
