Selbach Oster Riesling Kabinett - 2021 (375ml)

This wine is made from nearly entirely from the Himmelreich vineyard in the village of Zeltingen, which features Blue Devonian slate with veins of quartz.  The grapes were fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and old wooden fuder.
