The colour has the characteristic orange hue of this type of wine. The aroma is intensely floral, typical of the Muscat otonel variety, slightly spicy and at the same time with hints of citrus fruit.
Vinification. The wine is bottled unfiltered in a limited quantity of 1100 bottles.
Food pairing: Due to its specificity, orange wine is a great pairing with meat dishes and those with a rich texture and cream-based. OTT1L's delicate and integrated tannins also make it pleasant for consumption on its own, but also a reliable partner for plateaux with soft and aged cheeses.
