Rhum J.M Terroir Volcanique is a unique expression that utilizes our on-site cooperage to carry out a double-char process resulting in a complex extraction of wood flavors. Through innovative techniques of barrel toasting and blending, Master Blender Karine Lassalle is able to create a blended symphony of three-year-old rums that perfectly capture the terroir of the volcano. Smoke and earth are complimented by spice and brûléed tropical fruit in this exceptional and complex spirit.
