Batch 04 is our first to be rested in barrels from our own ecosystem- casks that previously held Chapmans Apple Brandy. We make Chapmans in partnership with local biodynamic fruit farmer Ben Wenck of Three Springs Fruit Farm in Adams Co. PA.Â
The result: a rich, layered spirit with deep caramel warmth, soft orchard fruit, and a finish that lingers like a harvest sunset. It’s a bourbon that honors resistance, grit, and the power of doing things in righteous community.
