It is obtained by vinifying the grapes of the best areas of the Chianti area, among which the areas of Rufina and neighboring areas are priority. It shows its characteristics already in the spring after the harvest; however, it adapts well to a medium period of aging. It pairs well with grilled meats, Tuscan Ribollita, fresh pecorino cheeses.
Sangiovese 95%, Colorino 5%.
