Super classic in production with a slow 45 day ferment and 2 additional weeks skin contact followed by 3 years of aging in Slavonian oak botte.Ā The nose is all about cherries, almonds, and fresh orange zest, while on the palate and gently savory and nutty tone from the extended skin contact comes out.Ā Very elegant and perfumed style, not a fruity "modern" wine.
