Pierre Ferrand 1973 Memoire Vintage Edition (750ml)

1973 Harvest: A cold and dry year with abundant rain in mid-July, followed by heat in August and early September. This resulted in a perfect balance of acidity and fruit sugar in the grapes.

Tasting Notes: The Cognac has an exceptionally rich nose with notes of prunes and 'rancio charentais.' On the palate, it is creamy with an incomparable persistence.
