"We hold a special fondness for rums derived from sugarcane juice, which capture the cane's greener and vegetal flavors. Too often, the cane's essence is muted by the oak casks in which the rum is aged. We are therefore thrilled to be able to bring you our cask strength Guadeloupe rhum agricole. Our unique cask has the benefits of maturation without drowning the fresh flavors we love, which is evident from its exceptionally pale color despite its nine years in the cask."
