Paolo Scavino Barolo Ravera - 2018 (750ml)

Our experience in the Ravera vineyard has started in 2015. This hill altitude averages 430 meters above sea level and exposure is east. The freshness in this soil combined with the exposure and the elevation contribute for a long cycle of ripening of the Nebbiolo grapes. We have enjoyed from beginning the distinctive character of the Ravera vineyard where the minerality of the aromatics match with an austere, linear, precise structure lifted by vivid acidity.

Focused and linear, the vibrant palate delivers juicy pomegranate, spiced cranberry, star anise and menthol alongside tightly wound, fine-grained tannins. Bright acidity keeps it balanced.
