Our Honey Wine aka TEJ, a close cousin of mead, is fermented beverage made with Raw Honey and yeast.

The history of TEJ have been told in stories and historical documents since the time of Queen of Sheba of Ethiopia (Queen Makeda). History tells us Queen Makeda took TEJ as one of her gifts when she went to visit King Solomon.
