Winemaker's Notes:

Unique aromas of primrose rose, exotic fruits and citrus, combine a light and balanced body. The crispy acidity seduces you to the exotic world of a typical Moschofilero.

Vinification at low temperatures helps to protect all the typical but sensitive aromas of Moschofilero. As a result, "White in Gray" is an intensely aromatic wine that balances the aromas of evening primrose, rose and citrus.

Its excellent aroma, balanced taste and slightly acidic aftertaste make it a wine that you can enjoy as an aperitif as well as an accompaniment to meals such as pasta with basil, chicken ala crème, grilled shrimps and pies. Served at 8-10°C.
