Michel Gaunoux Beaune - 2009 (750ml)

Michel Gaunoux is a small domaine, well regarded by Allen Meadows (Burghound), naming them “one of the finest domaines in all of Burgundy”, while William Kelley considers the property “among the region’s best kept secrets”.

This village Beaune is made from fruit declassified from 2 1er Cru: Les Grands Epenots and Les Rugien Bas. All of the fruit is destemmed and aged in oak, only about 20% new.  Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
