The 2015 Alto Adige Valle Isarco Grüner Veltliner is a clear and concise expression of the grape. The wine opens to light fruit tones backed by more prominent layers of ash and crushed mineral. Fruit nuances spread delicately over the palate. This wine is aged mostly in stainless steel (95%) but a small part is aged in new tonneaux. - Monica Larner
