The 2022 Garnacha Blanca from Legado Del Moncayo is made from vines that are now twenty-five years of age. The wine is given six months aging on its fine lees prior to bottling and the 2022 comes in at 13.5 percent octane this year. The wine offers up a bright nose of nectarine, spring flowers, white soils and a touch of candied citrus peel. On the palate the wine is bright, full- bodied, focused and juicy at the core, with good acids and fine length and grip on the bouncy finish. This is not overly complex, but tasty. 2023-2027.
