L'Ecole No 41 Perigee Seven Hills - 2018 (750ml)

The vibrant 2018 Perigee Estate Seven Hills Vineyard is a gorgeous blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot and Cabernet Franc with smaller parts Petit Verdot and Malbec. It needs a few hours in the decanter to awaken. Ripe cassis tones combine with blackberry compote, mocha, tar and black licorice on the palate, giving a very dark-fruit-driven profile. Showing beautiful depth and concentration as well as finesse, this balanced yet concentrated Bordeaux-style red wine will benefit from another two years in the cellar.
