Le Plan des Moines Gigondas La Calabrun - 2022 (750ml)

Coming from a tiny 0.6 hectare vineyard which is farmed using organic and biodynamic techniques.  Composed of a blend of predominantly Grenache with a smaller component of Syrah.  Aomras are composed of bright strawberry fruit underlain with savory balsamic, iodine, oceanic and chocolate tones.  The palate is medium bodied with smooth tannins and a generous character of fruit which suggests that drinking on release is not only possible, but encouraged.
