This wine is made from estate-grown grapes which are farmed in a sustainable manner and are undergoing conversion to fully organic methods.Ā It is composed of 67% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 3% Petit Verdot from vines averaging 40 years old.Ā It is aged in roughly 2/3 oak barrels (10% new) and 1/3 stainless steel tank.
