Cap Corse Mattei is a wine-based aperitif developed from the mistelles of Corsican grapes from the Muscat and Vermentinu grape varieties, blended with macerations of cinchona bark, spices and exotic or local plants. Harvesting the grapes at full maturity guarantees an ideal balance between the sugar and the acidity of the fruit, while a careful selection of raw materials allows for a high quality product.
