Lemon colour with green tints and aromas of ripe yellow fruits (pear and melon). On the palate is dry with a moderate sense of sweetness, minerality and refreshing acidity. Aromas of white peach and apricot, reveal the fruity aftertaste.
We say, intense peach with the barest hint of underlying nuttiness. The texture is creamy and smooth with just a hint of CO2 prickle to keep flavors fresh.
