Cerro Chapeu Sauvignon Blanc Sur Lie - 2024 (750ml)

This wine is produced from grapes grown in Las Violetas, Canelones, Uruguay by the estate.  The grapes are harvested by hand and after fermentation aged on the lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

Winemaker's Notes:

White wine aged on lees, aromatic and fresh, with notes of passion fruit and guava, balanced on the palate with marked acidity that makes it an intense and vibrant wine.
Ideal to accompany white meats or salmon with cheeses. Serve at 10ºC.
