Moderate reduction knocks down the nose though there is good freshness and verve to the relatively refined, intense and delineated flavors that terminate in a delicious, detailed and energetic finish. This possesses slightly better underlying material and the dry extract does a fine job of buffering the moderately firm tannic spine on the appealingly lingering finale.
