Jean Luc Mader Pinot Gris - 2022 (750ml)

On the nose this wine is pure, no botrytis notes, a mix of white flowers and peach, with a touch of smoke. The taste is elegant with little residual sugar (13 grams), and a welcome acidity. The length is beautiful. To drink or keep two more years.

Traditional, Whole bunch press and natural fermentation. Lies contact during 7 month. 20% in Oak barrel, 80% in Stainless steel tanks.
