Hika Getariako Txakolina - 2022 (750ml)

Made from 90% Hondarribi Zuri blended with 5% each Hondarribi Zuri Zerratia (Petit Courbu) and Chardonnay.  While this wine exhibits the typical dry, mineral-tinged finish of most basque whites, it also sports a richer texture and a nearly creamy intensity on the palate.  Bring on the roasted Turbot or other rich fin fish dishes.
