A focus on early ripeness underpins subtle fruit notes with a vibrant structure. The Cuvée Brut 2019 is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.  Its fresh acidity is complemented by a lean mineral crunch and active mousse.  39 months on the lees.
