Winemaker's Notes:
Vinification:Ā Over matured handpicked grapes were placed in cold room overnight. Then they were destemed and remained in skin contact for 12 hours. The must fermented with indigenous yeasts at 18ĖC.
Maturation:Ā Matured in French oak barrels of different capacity for 12 months.
Bottling:Ā Unfiltered.
Organoleptic characteristics:Ā Yellow golden color. Aromas of ripe stone fruits and lemon. Vibrant and full-bodied on the palate with a mineral aftertaste.
Serving suggestion:Ā Shellfish dishes, meats in white sauce, grilled meat as well as mature full fat cheese.
