Critic tasting note: "The first release in the Hardin’s Creek Kentucky Series from James B. Beam Distilling Co., a trilogy of identical whiskeys aged at three different Beam-owned warehouse sites—Clermont, Frankfort, and Boston. This leads with a harmonious blend of apple cider doughnuts, crème brûlée, and zesty citrus. With time the aroma deepens with cinnamon candies, vanilla frosting, and lemon-poppyseed cake. The palate is nuanced, the sweet desserts from the nose intertwine with toasted oak, spiced orange, and lemon tea.
