Harada Junmai 80 Sake - NV (720ml)

Small batch, family brewed sake made with Yamada Nishiki, the king of sake rice.  Polished only to 80% (a very light polish ratio) so very rich with both moderated rice aromas combined with lifted fruitiness. There are only 4 employees/workers at this tiny brewery.

SMV:+3; Acidity: 1.6+/-, Alc: 16%

Subtle aromas with a nuance of marshmallow and coconut, with a powerful flavor of pineapple, followed by a touch of exotic spices.
