The newest offering of very unique rums from the historic Hampden Rum distillery.Ā Each Mark, is a unique recipe, registered with the Jamaican government which relates to a specific level of esters or fruity aromatic molecules in the finished rum.Ā Last year saw the release of a set of 8, unaged rums.Ā This year brings the same marks, now having been aged for 1 year in ex-Bourbon cask prior to bottling.Ā These component rums are blended at the distillery to create their annual release of Great House, as well as HLCF Overproof and 8 year expressions.
