Ganeta Txakolina - 2024 (750ml)

Made from 100% Hondarribi Zuri, the native white grape to Basque country.  Very pale and delicate as the grapes go direct to press and are not soaked with the skins.  It offers zesty cirtus, ocean spray and green herb aromatics supported by fresh acidity and a touch of CO2 spritz.
