Gaetano di Carlo Lu Catarratto Terra Siciliani - 2022 (750ml)

Based in Corleone, this winery has focused on authentic expressions of local grapes made with minimal inputs.  This Catarratto offers crisp lemon zest, sea spray, and chalky stone dust aromas.  The palate is driven and linear, reminiscent of a cooler climate wine like Chablis. This should work wonderfully with seafood.
