Gabriel Meffre Cotes du Rhone Villages Plan de Dieu - 2020 (750ml)

Grenache , Syrah, Mourvedre. The grapes are meticulously sorted, crushed and destemmed before fermentation which lasts for 3 to 5 weeks. The wine is then racked off before undergoing malolactic fermentation and spending up to 6 months in vat before bottling. The wine from the Rhone is full of potential. It possesses a vibrant purple color as well as aromas of Ripe Bing cherry, blueberries, herb, white pepper, and licorice. It is rich, expansive, and voluptuous with no rough edges, and just loads of elegance from the southern part of France. Vegan Friendly.
