Season 4 Recipe: 21 Yr Corn, 20 Yr Corn, 15 Yr Corn 8 Yr Wheat

We refer to the core blend and subsequent series of single barrels produced from it as a "Season." Season 4 was an exploration of toasting new American oak barrels.  We burned French, Spanish, and American Oak as well as Amburana to toast these casks, each with varying toast and char levels, creating a wide range of unique profiles.
