Fabien Jouves Cahors Haute Cote de Fruit - 2023 (750ml)

100% Malbec from Cahors, the historic home of this grape.  Made from vines averaging 25 years old, which are farmed using certified organic methods. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks so it maintains and emphasizes the inky, intense black-fruit character of this grape.  Offering flavors of crunchy black currant and blackberry with juicy, nearly tart acid and round, easy-going tannins.  This will happily take a slight chill and match with your bistro style steak.
