Elvi Herenza White - 2023 (750ml)

This wine is made from a blend of Pansa Blanca (the local name for Xarel·lo) and Sauvignon Blanc.  Pansa Blance is known for producing wines with a rich texture and fairly high acidty, often as the base of sparkling Cava.  Here is leads with citrus and wild herbal aromas backed by Sauvignon Blanc's grassy, lime notes.
