Pretty yellow straw in color. As soon as it opens, an exemplary fruit dominates the expressive and perfumed nose. Beautiful citrus, pear and Mirabelle flavors, complemented by a pleasant touch of minerality. Superb texture. Chalky and mineral mouthfeel, dominated by fresh citrus fruit.
