From the clay soils of the Agrelo zone in Luján de Cuyo, and 930 meters above sea level, 20% of this wine was aged for 15 months in 225-liter barrels under a veil of flor. The nose has a saline component, but what prevails here is the sensation of ripe white fruits, honey, and flowers, and the palate is succulent, juicy, oily, and enveloping. This deeply flavored semillon is the companion you need for mushroom risotto.
