Once again there is plenty of evident Chablis character to the more elegant nose of pear, green apple, white flowers, iodine and sea breeze aromas. There is outstanding intensity to the powerful, appealingly textured and dense medium weight flavors that coat the palate with dry extract, all wrapped in a mineral-driven and wonderfully persistent finale. This is good stuff and very Valmur.
